We Endeavour to supply our Jewellery following the highest level of inspection. However we do operate a simple return policy.
No refunds/exchanges are available on Earrings for hygiene reasons or a Ring ordered to special size.
Please do not sign for the parcel if it appears tempered with and check your goods on delivery. In the event of damage/fault, please inform us at once and arrange to post back to us via registered post with suitable insurance against the value of goods for your own proof of dispatch and protection to safeguard against unfortunate circumstances. Failure to inform us of any damages/fault on delivery will result in refunds or exchange would be offered and we will have no liability for the items said to be damaged/faulty that are not Manufacturing fault but due to accidental damage or standard wear and tear.
